Subject: Some last minute reminders for today's league final Date: Thursday, November 04, 2021 11:47 PM If you are getting there by bus, please make sure the bus drops you off past the last house on the right. You will go past the regular entrance and a stop sign and you will see the course on the right which is where the bus will drop you off. There are some additional reminders below in regards to your athletes and parents. Please make sure they are aware of all of them. For today's meet, the following teams are responsible for the following: *Finish Line Chute:* Pinewood, Mercy Burlingame, Priory, SHP, Mercy SF, Castilleja, Harker. (Please just encourage the athletes to the exit of the chute once they are done) *Course Rules Enforcer* (one adult each and please check the link below for the course handbook and what this duty entails): Notre Dame San Jose, Notre Dame Belmont, TKA, Eastside. *Adult Medical Observer:* Liason to medical person. Menlo *Trainer: *We are all set since we will have a medical person there. If you have a trainer that is planning on attending the meet, let me know. Everybody else should help out any way they can. We are all responsible to make sure all our athletes finished their races and to relay any emergencies to the medical personnel at the meet. The forms must be HARD COPY and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. If you don't have forms for your runners, you will not be able to compete (no exceptions). No forms on phones etc. We are using the Crystal Springs course so I will need your help in keeping your students and parents informed on the rules of the course. Please remind your parents, NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE. Please clean up your area after you are done. I will have trash bags for everyone and when you are done, ANY TRASH SHOULD GO TO THE DUMPSTER (not in any other trash bins outside the course). A second bag with recyclables should be returned to me and I will haul that off the course. Your help is appreciated with making sure the course is spotless after we are done. We need to be especially mindful of driving and parking on Hallmark Drive. Please make sure your parents do not double park to drop off or pick up their children. *Restrictions * - *No Dogs Allowed except Medical Approved Animals. * - No Bicycles (Exception, we are allowed to have a bike to follow runners - No Glass Containers - No Rock Throwing - No Ball Throwing *Cars and Pedestrians* - Curb your wheels - Do not block driveways - Do not park in front of fire hydrants - Do not double park - Follow all speed limits - Be courteous to all the neighbors - Buses must park and unload in the designated bus parking zone (the last house on the right side of Hallmark Dr. *After the race, athletes are not to go to Hallmark Dr. without the supervision of their coach or parent. Athletes are to stay on the course or in Hallmark Park until their bus or ride arrives. All athletes are to respect the homes and yards of the local residents.
